Domed shape, two rows of holes (large near the bottom edge, smaller one near the top of the dome)
Condition is very good — some paint and scratching on the metal ceiling cap
Was working when uninstalled
Measures approx 10 inches across, 8 inches tall and with a 22 inch swag chain
