Hand-made, art pottery by Hilborn Pottery Design, this bowl is hand painted inside and out with green fern fronds and can be used as a serving bowl or platter for food items, salads, pasta, etc.  Also features two decorative braids on the rim and folded under handles.  Hilborn Pottery advises their pieces are food and drink safe as well as oven, microwave and dishwasher proof.  Signed on the bottom by the artist, it is in like-new condition.  No chips or cracks. Has a bit of shelf wear on the bottom and a small flea-bite defect in the glaze on the interior of the bowl (does not impact function or look of the piece).
