    Description

    Listed for sale is a large brass rolling ruler ( also called a parallel rule by some people). This ruler was used in the maritime navigation & engineering trades. It measures 18" long by 2 3/8" wide. It is marked 'HALL HARDING LTD. LONDON'. It comes housed in a mahogany box. It appears to have had very minimal use & the original finish is approx 98%. (some Spotting on the brass finish). The box has some surface scuffs to the lacquer finish & there are some replaced & missing screws on the brass hinges. Weighs approx 5 pounds.
